Each scheduled visit is completed by a licensed nurse and includes a comprehensive wellness assessment, personalized health recommendations, and a secure Family Wellness Report summarizing the visit, observations, and any recommended follow-up. Unlike traditional home care, our Wellness Plans focus on prevention, early identification of health concerns, and helping clients age safely at home.
